Payment Information
I accept PayPal, as well as checks and money orders. There is a $30.00 fee for returned checks. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can open one up for free.
Payment Options
When paying in full when the site is complete, you will need to sign a contract and pay 30% of the estimated cost before I can start on your site. This payment must be received before putting your project into our queue. The fee is determined by an estimate of what your site design will cost. Another 30% of the estimated cost will be required in the approximate middle of the project, with the remaining monies due at website completion, before website is uploaded to the Internet. This keeps all parties accountable, while enabling me to meet my obligations while working. Please note that these are estimates only. It is difficult to give an exact number until the project is complete.
Paying by the page can be an easier way of having a website designed. You get to pay as you go, preventing the need of coming up with the money all at once. A contract will need to be signed and the first page's payment submitted before I can begin.
Occasionally, I will accept monthly installments. If you have a site that will entail over 10 pages, this may be a good option. I would require that the first 5-10 pages be completed and paid for before considering monthly installments. If there has been positive work experience on the first 5-10 pages, I will gladly consider this. Please ask me if this is something that may work for you.
Billing
Website updates will be billed upon completion, or once per month if total reaches $50.00.
