Designing Rates
Website Design
- $200 for first page. This includes building your site layout and creating your header graphic. Three revisions allowed before additional charges applying.
- $60 each additional page.
- $25 Contact Page with/without e-mail form. Includes your address, phone number, and e-mail form, limited to 5 entries. Must be the same template as the rest of your website. (Contact pages are highly recommended to prevent spam robots from harvesting e-mail addresses from your website.)
- $25 Site Map page. Although this page is optional, search engines love site map pages, and therefore, are highly recommended.
- 20% of estimated cost for Deposit. Required before starting site.
Includes:
- Your text with your choice of fonts and colors. Limit of 500 words per page.
- One page counter on first page.
- Up to 10 links per page.
- Up to 10 photographs/graphics per page.
- Meta tag installation, which makes it easier for search engines to index your site. This does not include keywords. Keywords can be provided by you, or developed by me at a fee of $25/hour**.
- Uploading website to your host.
Please note: I do not normally proof-read text given to me for time's sake, but will correct anything obvious that I happen to see.
Work for Existing Site
- $25/hr. Additions or changes made to an existing site. (This is not the rate for a complete site re-do.) Other fees listed on the right may be applied.
Blogs
- $30/hour. Wordpress, Blogspot, Homeschoolblogger, Homesteadblogger and more. I can design blogs completely from scratch or can tweak your existing blog.

- Custom-made background from a graphic or photograph: $25.00.
- Graphics/photographs scanned and/or edited: $25/hour.*
- Audio editing: $25/hour.*
- Extra graphics/photographs per page: $15.00 per 10 graphics/photographs.
- Extra text per page: $15.00 per 500 words.
- Extra links per page: $15.00 per 10 links.
- Extra page counters: $10.00 each.
- Web Rings: $25 per hour.*
- Guestbook Customization and Installation: $25 per hour.*
- Special forms (E-mail forms not included on Contact Page, web polls, etc.): $25 per hour.*
- Search Engine Submission: $25.00/hour.*
- Keyword Analysis and Production: $25.00/hour.**
- Shopping Carts: $25.00 per hour.*
- Flash Movies: $25/hour.*
- Site updates: $25.00 per hour.*
- Assistance with setting up hosting accounts, technical support, etc.: $25.00 per hour.*
*When working by the hour, an accurate log is kept, and you are charged .41 cents/minute.
**As I design each site, I am conscientious to all the coding details that make your website as optimized for search engines as possible. Keywords are also very important for search engines to properly index your website. You can provide them, or allow me to do so. With my Keyword Analysis And Production, I choose keywords that will best allow search engines to index your site. While search engine placement can never be guaranteed, I have had great results with websites that I have worked on.
